What's Included in One-Time Build & Handoff
For businesses that want a professional system built and configured by experts — but don't want to pay an ongoing AAWorks monthly subscription. We build and configure the entire system in your own software account, handle the CRM setup, pipelines, calendars, workflows, forms, contact import, email connection, lead capture, dashboard, testing, and training. Once implementation, testing, training, and a 14-day handoff support period are complete, you take over and manage the system yourself. You may still pay your software provider directly for their own subscription and usage — but there's no ongoing AAWorks fee. After the handoff period, ongoing support, monitoring, changes, content creation, lead generation, AI management, and optimization are NOT included — but additional one-time services (websites, AI setup, extra workflows, CRM migrations, integrations) can be quoted separately anytime.

What Happens After Handoff

Once the 14-day handoff period ends, there is no ongoing AAWorks subscription. You manage the system yourself.

Additional one-time services available

How the Billing Works
One-time payment — no ongoing AAWorks subscription — a single one-time payment. There is no ongoing AAWorks monthly fee after the 14-day handoff period.
Usage-based costs — including phone calls, AI usage, SMS, email sending, lead data, and premium third-party tools — may be billed separately and are not included in the monthly subscription.
